We offer heated vinyasa flow, non-heated restorative and yin yoga, and even yoga combined with high intensity interval training (HIIT), all in one studio!

Our instructors are all highly trained and strive to connect with each and every student in the room, empowering them to grow and thrive in their own personal practice without judgment or comparison. Our practice focuses on how it feels, not what it looks like, so there are no mirrors in the studio. We believe that yoga is for every body, regardless of your age, ability level or degree of fitness, and all are welcome!
